• Clearance, open-box, refurbished, or final sale items.
• Flash sales, pricing errors, or coupon-based discounts.
• Items sold as part of promotional bundles or with special offers.

How to Request a Price Match:

Please contact us by email at mrtobaccoshopusa@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number (if applicable)
• Link or screenshot showing the lower-priced item
• Product name and details, price, retailer, and availability

We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days.

After Purchase:

If you find a lower price within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the difference as store credit.

Additional Terms:

Mr. Tobacco reserves the right to verify any price match request and to deny claims that do not meet the policy conditions. Limit of one price match per item. Cannot be combined with other offers.
